The Shiraz vines are grown in sandy soil. Rewarding berry aromas are combined with hints of spice supporting it’s smoky palate.  Dark red in color, providing aromas of black fruits, peppery spice and violets.  The grapes are handpicked at 25 degrees balling.

Maturation: 18 months in wooden barrels

Tasting Notes:

Dark red/violet in colour.  Medium full-bodied.  Provides aromas of plum and spicy flavours.  A touch of oak adds complexity to the wine.  Elegant structure with enough concentration to offer a round and soft mouthfeel.

Best Enjoyed:

Delicious with venison, poultry, beef and lamb. Also try with spicy plates.
